Fittonia, 1 June 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

A Red Fittonia on 1 June, backlit through the window so the rose-pink mesh netting each olive leaf lights right up, its two bare hairy stems carrying a tuft only at the tip and brown water standing in the glazed pot around it.
