Strawberries, 5 June 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

Early June strawberries on 5 June, low rosettes of three-part leaves whose saw teeth are tipped faintly red and whose raised veins pucker the blade, one crown already running a red stolon out across the mix, in warm low evening sun.
