Tomatoes, 22 August 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

A Pineapple Tomato on 22 August stood on its blossom end, ribbed into nine broad lobes like a small pumpkin, lemon yellow over most of it and greener in the grooves, with rose and salmon blushes bleeding up the flanks under warm indoor light.
