Goldenrod, 30 August 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

Half a dozen small rosettes on 30 August, their leaves narrow and lance-shaped with entirely smooth edges, mid-green through the crown and flushing bronze at a few of the tips, and not one of them yet in bud or flower.
