Peppers, 6 June 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

A Jalapeno on 6 June, bushy already and glossy dark green, its untoothed margins waving slightly and the blades puckered between veins pressed deep — shot from standing height in flat shadowless light, the photographer's own shoes in the bottom of the frame.
