The harvest, 4 August 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

A whole pick laid out down a red towel on a kitchen counter on 4 August — a pale sage head built of small spiraled conical turrets rather than a smooth dome, and across the bottom four fruits that run buttery yellow at the neck and break to ribbed green.
