Tomatoes, 8 September 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

Fourteen Yellow Pear tomatoes crowd a single drooping truss on 8 September, every one still hard green with a frosted bloom over the upper faces and one carrying a healed split near its tip — the bristled stems around them peppered with dark sunken flecks.
