The harvest, 13 August 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

A picking shot low on a teal-checked towel on 13 August, its centerpiece one very large green fruit grown into four or five fused lobes with wide clefts between them, the cleft walls dried and healed over in brown corky tissue and the whole thing beaded.
