The harvest, 20 August 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

Green almost throughout on 20 August, laid on a plain white towel with one slim scarlet pod the only red thing in the frame. At the bottom, a deeply lobed fruit of fused segments carries dried flower threads still ringing its corky stem scar.
