Tomatoes, 24 August 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

Three fruits streaked together in gold, orange and rose on 24 August, heavily ribbed and lobed and no two the same size. Above them on the same board, one flat egg-yolk yellow fruit still carries dried stem threads on its wide corky scar.
