The harvest, 31 August 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

Hard light from the upper left on 31 August, throwing a long soft shadow off every single item on the crumpled cloth — a patch of twenty-two berries running pale green through amber, and four red fruits with their calyxes still on.
