The garden, 7 October 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

On 7 October, a stone mortar holds a heap of slender red pods, each still wearing its green calyx and stem, several curving up past the rim while a few keep green shoulders; night kitchen counter, hard flash throwing shadows right.
