Lemongrass, 25 June 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

A grass clump on 25 June fountaining out wider than the bag it stands in, every flat blade keeled pale down the middle and arching over from one tight tussock, several tips dried to straw and the crown itself buried out of sight, in hazy light.
