Peppers, 27 June 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

A Jalapeno on 27 June caught at the fork, where one fruitlet is just swelling behind its calyx between an unopened bud and the base of a spent flower, rain still hanging off every leaf edge and dark conifers standing behind out of focus.
