Peppers, 7 July 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

A Cherry Hot pepper on 7 July with one fruit only, set in the first fork of the stem and standing upright rather than hanging, the calyx clasped under it and the dried style still on top, its few leaves notched and beaded with rain.
