Tomatoes, 12 July 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

One round fruit on 12 July, picked and set on a scratched wooden board indoors — matt gray-green shading to creamy yellow across its lower half, no stalk or calyx left on it — with a long curved summer squash behind, flecked cream and faintly striped.
