Tomatoes, 12 July 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

A Sun Sugar tomato on 12 July, shot from the ground against a cloudless blue sky, its first truss open — small yellow stars with the petals swept back off a fused anther cone — and every bristle on the stem lit up white by the low sun.
