Tomatoes, 20 July 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

Three young plants on 20 July, each carrying only a few broad rugose leaflets with wavy entire margins and none of the small ones between, the newest side shoots breaking finer and more cut, set out on mown grass and flowering clover in crisp noon shadow.
