Flower Mix, 28 July 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

Two baskets broadcast-sown and set down on rough grass on 28 July, forty-odd seedlings between them scattered unevenly with bare patches, every seed leaf beaded from the rain that has just gone through, and a rusted steel rod leaning across one.
