Sedum, 5 August 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

A Sedum spectabile on 5 August still wholly in bud, hundreds of pale chartreuse teardrops packed into flat domed heads with no petal color showing anywhere, blue-green whorled leaves bluntly toothed beneath them and one pale insect settled on a head.
