Peppers, 9 July 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

One leggy seedling on its own on 9 July, all its new yellow-green growth crowded into the tip of a single stem with long bare stretches below, its glossy wavy-edged leaves flecked with dried spray, in low sun that throws a long soft shadow.
