Leeks, 26 August 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

Flat leaves folded lengthwise along a keel into shallow Vs rather than rolled into tubes, on 26 August, and shot so tightly into the foliage that no shank, no base and no bulb shows anywhere in the frame.
