Hosta, 6 June 2026

One photograph from the 2026 season.

A hosta on 6 June, its leaves arching out in overlapping layers from one tight crown, each blade edged all round with an irregular cream-white band and pleated between its arcuate veins, a second paler clump crowding in from the right.
